Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for June, 2023, covering the sales from May, 2023. Last month, we continued to see low inventory. We currently have 1.6 months of inventory. This has led to prices rising. The median sales price last month was $525,000. The month before, the median sales price was just under $500,000. So there’s been a big jump in prices because of the shortage of inventory. We currently have 795 active listings, which is up about 100 listings from last month. So that’s a good sign for the market. However, we’re seeing more homes sell now that more homes are available. Last month, we saw 487 homes sell. The month before, just 448 homes sold. I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent.
