Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for July, 2023, covering the sales from June, 2023. Last month, we saw an increase in the number of sales with 520 home selling. The month before, we saw 487 home sell. We also saw an increase in the number of active listings. There are currently 880 active listings. During our last video, there were 795 active listings. So with an increase in the number of home selling and an increase in the number of listings, we’re seeing the months of inventory remain very stable and very low at 1.7 months worth of inventory. We did see home prices rise again. The median sales price last month was $539,500 and the average days on market was 67. I’m Max Saboe, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent.
