Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for December of 2023, covering the sales from November, 2023. This past month, we saw the market slow, and what I mean by slow is we saw fewer homes sell. We went from 419 homes selling in our last update to only 380 homes selling last month. And we went from having 981 active listings in our last update to having 849 active listings currently listed. We saw listings slow and sales slow down similarly, leaving us with a very similar month of inventory of 2.2 months worth of inventory. And that number is still quite low. And finally, we saw the median sales price remain at a similar level at $525,000 last month.
