Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for March 2024, covering the sales from February 2024. 

This past month, we saw the median sales price stay about the same at $508,000. We saw the number of active listings also stay about the same at 686 active listings. However, we saw the number of sales increase. Last month, 381 homes sold, the month before, 317 homes sold. What that means to the regular person is we don’t have very many listings, but we have more buyers now. The few listings that are out there, they’re getting a lot of showings, and in my personal experience, a lot of them are getting multiple offers.
