Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for April 2024 covering the sales from March 2024. 

This past month, we saw an increase in activity. There were 406 homes that sold, which is up from the prior month when 381 homes sold. The number of active listings also went up. Currently, we have 749 active listings. Last month, during our update, we had 686 active listings. With that increase in activity, we saw the median sales price jump up to $536,500. Last month, it was $508,000.
