Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for May 2024, covering the sales from April 2024. 

This past month, we saw the median sales price drop slightly to $529,000. We saw the number of listings increase by about 100. Currently, we have 848 active listings. We also saw the number of homes selling last month increase by about 60 homes, with 463 homes selling last month. With the increase in the number of listings and the increase in the number of sales, we saw the month’s worth of inventory remain constant at 1.8 months’ worth of inventory. As we’ve discussed before, this puts us in a seller’s market with many multiple offer situations occurring.
