Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for August 2024, covering the sales from July 2024. 

This past month, we saw 505 homes sell, and that’s up from the past month when we saw 487 homes sell. We currently have 1,189 active listings, and those two numbers together give us 2.4 months worth of inventory, which is about the same as last month. Finally, the median sales price last month was $570,000.
