Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for July 2024 covering the sales from June 2024. 

This past month, we saw 487 homes sell, which is down from the prior month when 510 homes sold. We currently have 1,201 active listings, and those two numbers together give us 2.5 months worth of inventory, which is historically quite low. And finally, the median sales price last month was $555,000.
