Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for June 2024, covering the sales from May 2024.

This past month, we saw 510 homes sell. That’s up from 463 homes that sold the prior month. We currently have 995 active listings. And those two numbers together give us 2 months worth of inventory, which is historically quite low. And finally, the median sales price last month was $567,488.
