Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for September, 2024, covering the sales from August, 2024. 

Last month, we saw 459 homes sell, that’s down from July when we saw 505 homes sell. We currently have 1,273 active listings, and the combination of the sales and listings together gives us 2.8 months worth of inventory, which is generally considered a seller’s market. Finally, the median sales price last month was up about $5,000 at $574,950.
