Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for November 2024, covering the sales from October 2024. 

Currently we have 1,223 active listings. Last month we had 490 home sell, which is about the same as we had the month before, and the median sales price last month was $561,000. We currently have 2.5 months worth of inventory, which is historically quite low. However, I am hearing agents talk about the market softening up a bit, so I think we need to watch what’s coming in the future months to see if that reflects in the numbers and see where the market’s heading.
