Hey, it’s Max Sabo here with Haute Properties. Here’s your May Market Update for Reno, Nevada, covering everything that’s happened in April.

In April, 325 homes sold in Reno with a median sales price of $525,000. That’s a drop from March. Homes spent an average of 55 days on the market and the median price per square foot was $319 per square foot. Right now we have 860 active listings and that gives us 2.79 months worth of inventory, which is still historically quite low. 

We’re seeing more homes hit the market as the spring weather is here,(…) but buyers are still picky. Homes that are priced right and professionally marketed are moving quickly, but the rest tend to sit.
