In April, 157 homes sold in Sparks with a median of 544,900 homes sold. With a median sales price of $544,950. That’s up just slightly from March and homes are moving a bit quicker with a median of 64 days on the market. The price per square foot came in at $292 per square foot on average and right now Sparks has 326 active listings with 237 pending listings.
