In June, 371 homes sold in Reno, with a median sales price of $576,000, a bump from the previous month and a sign that demand is holding steady.

There were 1,543 active listings, giving buyers more choices, while sellers are still seeing strong activity on well-presented properties. Homes spent an average of 85.8 days on market, and sellers received about 96.7% of their original list price on average. Inventory ticked up slightly to 4.84 months.

As always, pricing and presentation are key. Homes that show well and are priced right are still moving while others might sit or need price improvements to get noticed.
