The median sales price in Sparks last month was $525,000, down slightly from August. Home sold for about 96.5% of their asking price and averaging 93 days on the market. There were 573 active listings and 172 sales. Inventory dropped just a bit, but Sparks is holding steady. Buyers now, they have more options, but great homes are selling fast.
