This is the Reno Sparks Weekly Market Update. Last week we had 139 new listings and 103 homes that sold. The new listings ranged from a low price of $195,000 for a one bedroom, one bathroom condo off of Peckham to the highest priced home which was $8.95 million. It’s a six bedroom, six in a bath, bath home off of Washoe Golf Course. It’s in town on 3.68 acres. That’s huge as a pool and a guest house of course. For the sold properties, the lowest price was a two bedroom, two bathroom condo off of Clear Acres. It sold for $186,000. And the highest priced home was a five bedroom, five bathroom mansion in Southwest Reno. It sold for $4.25 million- $1 million less than its asking price of $5.25 million.
